I called Elaine Marak to sell my home and am very glad I did.  A house down the street from me is still for sale and has been for months.  Elaine worked with me and we got it sold for the most amount I wanted.  She really knows her stuff.  -- J. We should have called Elaine first!!!!!  I can't believe we spent so much time on the market with an agent that wasn't getting our home sold.  She was referred by a neighbor and instead of thinking about my financials, I used him because I didn't want to upset my neighbor.  It cost me bigtime!  I had enough, called Elaine like I should have and my house sold in about a month, can you believe that!  She's not joking when she says call Elaine first.  --- Teresa W.
